The Seven-Figure Handshake: Bevy's Enterprise Ascension

How landmark deals with eBay, Etsy, and ServiceNow signal Bevy's arrival as a major player

In recent months, Bevy secured what can only be described as transformative deals: eBay at $1.1 million in annual recurring revenue—a contract three times the size of their Etsy partnership, which itself came in at $420,000 ARR. But the victories extend beyond dollar signs. The company closed significant agreements with ServiceNow, bringing 12 groups from Meetup into the Bevy ecosystem, and sealed a major deal with LogicMonitor that underscores the platform's enterprise readiness.

The momentum didn't stop there. Captura, Culture Amp, and Databricks joined Bevy's growing roster of clients, each deal validating the platform's ability to serve diverse industries and use cases.

The numbers tell a compelling story, but the victories extend far beyond dollar signs.

Perhaps most telling of Bevy's competitive strength was their head-to-head victory over Gainsight and Higher Logic to win Sisense—a win that demonstrates the platform's ability to compete with established players. Meanwhile, Google's decision to renew on a two-year deal speaks volumes about customer satisfaction and long-term value. The pipeline tells an even more ambitious story.

Bevy is now engaging in heavyweight RFPs with Salesforce, Cisco, SAP, and Autodesk—names that represent the upper echelon of enterprise software. These aren't just opportunities; they're signals that Bevy has earned a seat at the table with the industry's biggest players..

The Bevy Labs Renaissance: An AI-First Future

Leadership's vision for a leaner, smarter, and more accessible platform

With discussion of returning to the 'Bevy Labs' moniker, the company is making a pivot to an AI-first positioning that touches every aspect of the organization. The rebranding effort is comprehensive: the core platform is now simply "Bevy," with a new self-serve forum identity designed to lower barriers to entry. This strategic shift aims to increase Total Addressable Market by making community platforms accessible to organizations that previously couldn't justify the investment.

"Lowering the barrier to entry isn't just a business goal—it's a democratization of community."

This isn't just marketing speak. The AI-first positioning manifests in tangible ways across the organization. The go-to-market team launched an intelligent system using Warmly that identifies ideal customer profile-fit site visitors in real-time, triggers Slack alerts, and automates outreach to target stakeholders. It's a closed-loop system that represents the future of B2B sales—intelligent, automated, and data-driven.

The product team has embraced automation with Feedback Flow systems and integrated Product Board roadmapping work. Engineering is leveraging AI for development efficiencies, creating a flywheel effect where AI tools help build better AI tools. AI has become the heartbeat of our operations, enabling data-backed decisions at every level.

Intelligence at Scale: The Product Revolution

From 'Community Agents' to Next.js: A deep dive into the latest tech stack upgrades

The product innovations unveiled over these six months read like a roadmap for the future of community platforms. At the forefront is the "Community Agent"—an AI system that automatically ingests content from YouTube, creating a seamless knowledge base that evolves with the community itself. Paired with Sentiment Dashboards that provide real-time health checks, Bevy is giving community managers superpowers they didn't know they needed.

"Our new Migration Planner turns what used to be a technical nightmare into a seamless transition."

Migration, historically one of the most painful aspects of platform switching, has been transformed with the Migration Planner. This CSV-based tool allows massive forums—like eBay's US community—to migrate with interactive category mapping, turning what was once a months-long nightmare into a streamlined process.

The engineering team migrated the chapter page to Next.js—a significant technical undertaking that positions Bevy on modern web infrastructure. Combined with AI-powered localization systems, aspect-ratio CSS configurations, and a new image editor in the WYSIWYG, the platform is becoming both more powerful and more accessible.

The Human Element: Architects of Connection

Celebrating new hires, promotions, and the winners of the Founders Award

By Bevy Writer / 3 min read

The strength of Bevy Labs lies in its people. This quarter, we welcomed a new cohort of visionaries, including Michael Puhala as VP of GTM & Product Strategy, and technical powerhouses like Rodrigo Teixeira, Seba Salines, and Nikita Verba. And joiners to the Product team were David Kobrosky and Luke van Loggerenberg. We also celebrate the well-deserved promotions of G. De Smedt to Principal PM and LaKeisha to Principal Support Agent—exemplars of the 'Community First' spirit.

There were bittersweet moments, too. The team bid farewell to Martin after five years of foundational work on data and AI pipelines—a departure that highlighted both the company's growth and the lasting impact individuals can have on an organization's trajectory.

"A company is only as strong as its core values, and our team lives them every single day."

The Bevy Spirit Awards ceremony captured this perfectly. Ernesto received the Founders Award, while core values awards went to Alex Tsai ("Build a Legacy"), Morgan ("Community First"), Martin ("Communicate Like a Legend"), Ali ("Let's Grow"), and Adrian ("Stand up"). These aren't just employee recognition programs—they're statements about what Bevy values and who Bevy is.
